Day 01: Arrival in Colombo
  • Arrive in Colombo, transfer to your hotel.
  • Depending on your arrival time, explore some local birding spots in Colombo.
Day 02-03: Horton Plains National Park
  • Travel to Horton Plains National Park, a high-altitude plateau known for its montane grasslands and cloud forests.
  • Spend two days exploring Horton Plains for endemic species such as the Sri Lanka whistling thrush, Sri Lanka bush warbler, and dull-blue flycatcher.
Day 4-5: Sinharaja Rainforest
  • Transfer to Sinharaja Rainforest Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best birding locations in Sri Lanka.
